Shipping and handling.

Shipping rates are shown during checkout based on the destination and available services. You have the option to pick your preferred shipping method, which will affect the delivery time and cost.

We ship to Canada. Canadian shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout for your exact address. Duties are included in the quoted rate, which is why international shipping may appear higher than domestic shipping.

Orders are Shipped USPS via Ground Advantage (slower/cheaper) or Priority Mail (faster/more expensive).

We ship most orders within 2 business days. Orders ship from the Pacific Northwest. Tracking is added when the shipping label is created which is at the same time we are prepping your order for shipping.

Processing

Ready-to-wear pieces usually move faster than custom requests(1-2 business days). If your order includes special notes or uncommon color combinations, allow extra time for assembly.

Address changes

If your shipping address needs to change after checkout, contact us right away. Address changes may not be possible after a label has been created.
